Christmas Song
Ingredients
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 grated nutmeg
- 1 orange peel
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cardamom seeds
- 1 Pinch of pepper mix
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Cinnamon sugar syrup
- 10ml Golden Syrup
- 60ml Mavem
- 50ml Ginger Ale
- Guarnish: Dehydrated dish, dried figs, dehydrated fruit
- Glass: Small Glass of Tray or Liquor glass
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat, without boiling. Remove saucepan from heat and transfer to a small bottle.
Serve in a small glass of tray.
Flavors: A hug on a cold night, a mysterious environment, a Christmas flavor.
