  • 60ml Mavem
  • 50ml freshly brewed Espresso
  • 20ml Tia Maria (Coffee Liqueur)
  • 10ml Carolans (Irish cream)
  • 10 ml Cinnamon sugar syrup
  • 3 drops Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters
  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans, salted caramel chocolate pieces
  • Glass: Martini glass or Coffee cup

Preparação

Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously; this is essential for creating coffee foam.

Double strain into a martini glass or a coffee cup.

Garnish with coffee beans and chocolate shavings.
