Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. What the Campaign is about

MAVEM offers MAVEM Club customers the chance to earn €5 coupons for each new customer who joins the Club through their recommendation and makes a purchase worth more than €45.

This Campaign is exclusively for customers with an active account at MAVEM.

2. How to recommend friends

To participate, the customer must:

· Share their recommendation link provided by MAVEM.

· Only send the link to people they know and who have authorised receiving the recommendation.

· Not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any form of abusive communication.

Each new customer must join the MAVEM Club through the recommendation link for the coupon to be valid.

3. Conditions for coupon attribution

The recommending customer receives a €5 coupon for each friend who:

1. Joins the MAVEM Club for the first time;

2. Uses the recommendation link;

3. Makes a purchase exceeding €45 in the MAVEM store.

Coupons are only attributed after confirmation of the recommended customer's purchase.

4. Limits and validity

· MAVEM may define a maximum number of eligible recommendations per customer.

· Each coupon is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for purchases in the MAVEM store.

· Coupons are not convertible into cash.

5. Situations that invalidate the coupon

MAVEM reserves the right not to attribute or to cancel coupons when:

· The recommended customer cancels or returns the purchase;

· Fraud, abuse, or improper use of the Campaign is verified;

· There is evidence of fake or non-genuine account creation.

6. Campaign changes

MAVEM may change, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, for operational, legal reasons, or to prevent abuse.

Any changes will be communicated on the website or by email.

7. Tax obligations

The use of coupons may be subject to tax obligations according to applicable legislation. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with any tax requirements.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data within the scope of the Campaign complies with MAVEM's Privacy Policy. Data is used only for Campaign management and will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Responsible entity

The Campaign is organised by MAVEM.
